Refund policy

1. Nature of the Product and Service

All products offered by NASM Kuwait are digital or/and physical training products, including online courses, educational materials, digital content, and platform access credentials.

2. No Refund After Access Is Granted

Once a purchase is completed and access to any part of the training content is granted, the product is deemed used and consumed. The customer acknowledges that digital content cannot be returned once accessed, accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Limited Exception

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue prevents proper access to the content
  • An account activation error occurs on NASM Kuwait’s side

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
  • The request is subject to technical and administrative review

NASM Kuwait reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution (technical fix or refund).

4. Non-Refundable Reasons

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction
  • Lack of time or attendance
  • Failure to complete or pass assessments

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing course descriptions and ensuring technical readiness before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NASM Kuwait shall not be liable for losses arising from access to or use of digital training content.

7. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
